Balmoral Industries Limited formally known as Chemcom Industries Limited was incorporated on 28th January, 1994 with an initial share capital of N20 million. Over the years Capital has gradually increased to N50 million. Furthermore, the shares of the company are fully paid up.

Our primary business focus is in the Chemical Industry. Specifically, our operation areas cover industrial chemicals and raw material for various industries. We import and market industrial chemicals and raw materials in Nigeria. We hold a non questionable agency for many chemical products for the Nigerian market from our principal suppliers overseas.

Chief Executive Officer (C.E.O.)
The Chief Executive Officer of our company is Mr. Murli K. Mirchandani, a German industrialist with banking training and background with a proven track of well over thirty (30) years experience in both local and international business acquired over the years from various industrial enterprise.

Director
Mr. Avinash Mirchandani (Director), an Indian with a degree in Business Administration. His areas on concentration are centered around International Marketing, Management and maintains fundamental technology and computer application skills.

Regional Manager
Mr. Malcolm E. Bhamgara (Regional Manager) graduated in Sales and Marketing with a degree in Business Administration and Economics with a 20 years exposure to multinational marketing.

Accountant
Mr. Gift Oghenerobo Ekpeko (Accountant), HND (Accounts), PGD (Statistics), Advance Diploma in Cost Management, Diploma in Data Programming, Diploma in Desktop Publishing and a Part-time lecturer/Instructor.

Office Superintendent
Mr. Emmanuel Chukwumah Iheanachor (Office Superintendent) holds professional CAM London Associate Membership Certificate, PGD in Business management, MBA in Business Administration with varied experience in administration and banking.

Admin. /Import Officer
Mr. A.O. Ameh (Admin. /Import Officer) holds diploma in Business Administration, Diploma in word processing, and a proven experience of over ten (10) years in import/ Administration activities.
